Can't uninstall Remote Agent

I am having trouble uninstalling the remote agent from a server, I tried creating a mapped drive back to the media server, and then running setup.exe /RAWS32: -s -u, but the installer locks up. I also cannot remove it through Control Panel

if you tried remote install or uninstall before, yo can get error.
Restart the server and check the control panel.
