Cannot backup NetWare File System files

I'm running BE 10.5520 with SP1 and Hotfix 15 on a Windows 2003 server. I have the Netware Agents loaded on the NetWare 5.1 and 6.5 servers. I'm using NW agent version in the file RANW_278581 as described in many tech articles. I can successfully backup the tree, but anything in the Netware File System won't come down to tape or B2D folders. I can select them, and when the backup is completed is states it was successful, but with 0 bytes backed up. I'm pulling my hair out, please help before I go bald.

After doing more testing, it appears that if I select individual files, the backup will backup the files. If I select an entire directory, then the files never get backed up but still produces a successful result with 0 bytes backed up.
