Hi, I am running BBExec v10 and a trying to backup PST files on the users local machines. I have setup the selection list to backup a shared folder on the local D: drive.
I have currently got the backup running on the system local account and have tested the all selections (which passed)
When I run the backup the following exception appears for each workstation.
"Backup- BBGWS055The Media Server was unable to connect to Remote Machine BBGWS055. The machine could not be found on the network.
The Media Server will fall back on the local agent to try and complete the operation.
Unable to initialize Remote Agent"
However the when it falls back to the local agent is successful backups the data.
Has anyone got any ideas as to why it is not working.
