When trying to backup a remote computer i get the message "Access denied" in BUE 9.1
I can reach the computer normally, Remote Agent is installed, the account is an admin account, there is no firewall and the antivirus is Sophos
I have recently updated to XP SP2 on that computer.
Before the update everything worked fine.
Any suggestions ??
