Have logged a call and keep receiving e-mails from Symantec that a POA has been added to my case and I should log in to mySymantec.
On logging in, I keep getting a On-time registration process screen. Problem is, this is happening now for a week EVERY TIME I log in. I am unable to get past this screen. This is most frustrating.
