Cannot see Lotus Domino database in the remote agent (veritas)

I can only see the hard drive of the remote agent PC for domino but i cannot see anything inide the drive. even after i try to backup the whole drive also useless..any solution ?

Im using veritas version 10 and lotus domino version 6.5

- Is the Lotus Server in the same Domain?
- When you say you cannot see, do you mean the selection is greayed out?
- Under what account are the Services running?
