Cannot stop remote agent or uninstall

I cannot stop remote agent to uninstall it manyally ID232443
this is happening on all machines i have rmt agent installed on.

I also have tried setting the service to manual start or disable but control box times out

Hello,

Are you trying to manually uninstall Remote Agent however this is not working? Did you reboot the server?
Does it give any error? Please specify the error message.
