Backup Exec 10d Service Pack 2
Windows 2003 Server SP1 (Automatic Updates Enabled)
MDAC 2.8 SP2
Maximum Size of Backup-To-Disk files: 10GB

I cannot run any Catalogs on my disk based backups.

I've tried removing C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Catalogs and then re-cataloging with Use storage media-based catalogs enabled and disabled.

Hello,

Kindly refer the following Documents:

Backup Exec 10.x for Windows Servers may fail when performing a catalog with the error "The requested media is not listed in the media index and could not be mounted. To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the catalog operation".

When running a catalog, the following error is returned: "0xe0000900 - The requested media is not listed in the media index and could not be mounted. To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the catalog operation."
