Cannot Delete B2D Folder

I have six B2D folders. I no longer use two of them. All media that was in these folders has been retired and deleted. I attempted to delete the folders from both the console and the BE remote administration console. The folders disappear momentarily but always show up again on the next screen refresh. I tried setting them to disabled prior to deleting, all to no avail.

This is a separate but related issue, I am unable to add additional B2D folders. I get the message that the maximum number of folders has been reached (I have six, the documentation says the max is 10). Are B2D folders supported on more than one volume on the same server?

Hello,

As you want to delete the b2d folder, delete them first from the Backup exec gui and then delete it from the hard disk.

For the second issue of addition of b2d folders, which options you have selected in the properties of the b2d folder.

Do you have enough free disk space to create the b2d folders?
