I seem to be having difficulty understanding the concept of this functionality. I've setup a test server with my catalog files. I have fully patched BE 12.0 on this box. I checked "Truncate catalogs after" and put in a combination of years/months/days and nothing seems to work. I have 160 gigs worth of catalogs and I need to get rid of some of them that aren't of any use anymore. If something is truncated shouldn't it get smaller? What am I missing about this option?
