Cataloging tapes that have been relabelled?

Hi,

We have Backup Exec for Windows Servers and have been backing up for several months now without a problem. We recently had something happen and I don't have the exact details but apparently all of our tapes were relabelled. I don't think any actual data has been written to the tapes since relabelling and I was wondering if there is some way to re-catalog the tapes and get the old data back? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The label media operation destroys any data on the media.
You will not be able to get that data back!
