A couple of posts were entered this week regarding getting this drive recognized,the general symptom being that the media type wasn't recognized so no operationswere succeeding. The specific resolution to this problem is to download andinstall the current DDI. I didn't have to stop services/remove device/startservices to get it recognized, but Cetrance tech support said that mightin some cases be necessary after the DDI + reboot.
