Cleaning Cartridge Expired.

I have replaced my cleaning cartridge as necessary for the past year however I have not been able to figure out how to tell BE that their is a new cleaning cart installed. It continues to tell me that the cart is expired. When I inventory the tape, it continues to give me the same Media Label. Any ideas on how to remedy this issue? Thanks.

Have you tried deleting and re-creating the Cleaning Slot?

I am not certain exactly how to do this. I have set the slot to no longer be a cleaning slot and renabled it but still continue to have the problem.

Have you powercycled the library ?
If not then please try it. Also reboot the server once if possible and check the results.

Yes, those fixes have been attempted with no positive results.
