Cluster Shared Volume stuck in Online Backup in progress, Redirected Access Status

Hi,

I am using Backup Exec 2010 R2, I am backing up Virtual Machine located on two Hyper V server linked via a failover Cluster and the storage is on a SAN.

After job failing due to a crash of backup exec agent on one hyper V server the volume state stuck in backup status.

I tried to restart the backup exec service which worked for one volume but I still have another volume that I cannot unlock.

Does anybody have a solution ?

I guess reboot should help in this case

Well i am not a real fan of such things.

Knowing that the volume is owned by the host and VM are using it with database, exchange, AD .. applications

This morning the volume is unlocked ...

I just upgraded console and agent to R3 et let the job failed once again thise night ...
