Compatibility with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

I am setting up some virtual servers and I will be performing a backup from a networked system.

I was wondering if there are any issues with installing Backup Exec with VMware suite and agent for MS Exchange on a desktop running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit?

Just to be specific Windows XP was the last desktop operating system to be supported as a media server
