Confrim Password is Grayed Out

All, I am new to Symantec and also new to this position here.  So I have been tasked to "figure" out what Symantec is doing wrong.  Here is the problem, well there are lots actually:  For starters, when I go to Job Setup and try to access the backup job already created by another admin, I get a prompt asking for a password.  When I put the password, it won't let me confirm it.  It is grayed out.  And I can't seem to get past this part no matter what I do.

Note -  I have logged on to the Symantec Backup Console as myself, and it was set to Restricted Account, and also changed to Common to see if that did anything, and it does not.

Thats normal the confirm password is grayed out . It might be the case he account which you are trying to use is locaked . Try logging to the server with the same account  and then open the console and edit the account properties so it would not ask you to enter any password.
