Continuous Protection Server not backing up Microsoft Access Databases

Hi everyone,

I apologize if this has been covered before, but several different searches have come up empty for me, my Google foo is weak today!

I have a problem with CPS.  It's not backing up Access databases.  Everything else seems to be ok, just this one thing.  

Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to resolve it?

Please let us know what version of CPS and access database are you using?

Unfortunately CPS can only handle unstructured data (data that is not in a database) and Exchange and SQL for the moment. I think there are no known plans to add Access databases to the portfolio of CPS at the moment,but you can put this as an enhancement request , by clicking on Ideas and if more usere vote for it , Engineering might look into it .
