Could not start Pre Job and Post Command

Hi,

I'm trying to run a batch file to stop and start services before and after the backup.
BE 10.0 is running with domain admin permissions, but I'm getting the following error message when the batch files are executed:

Error: Could not start Pre Job Command < C:\WINNT\STOPSRV.BAT >. Error (1314): A required privilege is not held by the client.

Error: Could not start Post Job Command < C:\WINNT\STARTSRV.BAT >. Error (1314): A required privilege is not held by the client.

Any idea how to resolve this?

First test the batch files by duble clicking on it, If it works that way.

If it works that way then place both the batchfile in the backupexec "nt" directory.

C:\program files\Veritas\Backupexec\Nt)


Now, run the Job and let me know.
