1. In Tools, Options, Network and Firewall tab, Default network interface section - does that mean that I can 'tell' a template or backup job which network interface to use? In other other words, my backup server has two 1Gb network cards and I'd like to be able to use them both (at the same time) when my backup jobs are working. I notice that only one NIC is being used instead of two; I'd like to get better network throughput by using both NIC cards on the backup server.
2. Dfs backups. I'm trying to backup the Dfs directory structure on my domain controllers, but I keep getting an 'access denied' message on just those folders. I've read this document http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/242024.htm). I've also enabled the "Enable selection of user shares", but none of this seems to work. Any ideas or comments?
