Hi,
after replacing a broken hdd and reinstalling OS and DLO agent, I restoreed from DLOconsole a users DLO backup.
Ha has now disovered that many files are total rubbish, ie still encrypted.
Were using DLO agent ver2 b131B64A.
From the media server, I used the backup administrator.
I tried restoreing one of the files "containing" rubbish to an alternate location, the restore works without any errors but the content of the file is unreadable.
What to do now, Is there anotherway of restoreing those files?
