I have a user with a pst file just under 1 gig. When dlo tries to back it up to the server it get to 11% and hangs. I have restarted dlo and the machine a few times each time the file on the server gets to roughly 117,000 KB (11%) and dlo pauses. I can still click around dlo so the app isn't stuck but the backup isn't proceeding.
