DLO agent not showing as installed in admin console

We have been rolling out the DLO agent on new windows 7 builds, and for the majority there are no issues. However, at least five users now are not able to use the agent.

Once windows loads, a DLO message appears trying to authenicate with a old user name and ask do you want to use the current credentials instead. As that is what we would like to do we continue with trying to authenicate with the correct user name but it is not accepted.

When looking on the admin console, the status of 'installed agent' is NO.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Try uninstalling the Dlo agent license key and then install it again and see if that helps. IF you are using the free Dlo option it also you to back profiles for 5 users..

Thanks for the idea, it is licensed through back up exec...

How would I unistall the DLO licence key?

In your BE Console Click on Tools --Install License key and Options . Run the wizard ,remove the Dlo licnese key and then complete the wizard . Once that is done try intalling it again .

By removing the license key and re applying will that effect users that are already working?

nope it shud not have any issue
