I wonder if anyone can help please.
1.) Installed Backup Exec v11D on a Windows 2003 server R2 with DLO options. Agents installs and backs up data for users. But I have an issue with the DLO console on the server, whereby when I go to the Restore Tab, the Backup Folder shows the computer, BUT it doesnt show the backup data nor expand to choose any data. I can right click and Search, and it shows the data.
I have been searching on this forum and google, but cannot find the answer.
2.) If I upgrade the software to v2010 on a Windows 2008. Is there a way to migrate the settings and ENCRYPTED data onto the new DLO? Saving the time to re-install and do Full backup again for each user?
