Unable to change the user name of the Backup Exec Service Account

Hi,

I followed the instructions of the site: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/254246.htm. Everyting works again. But when I look at the services I see that the services are still running with the previous account.

Can anyone help me?

Try to manually change the account. Open Windows services console, go to properties of the BE services and change the account.

Only BE remote agent service needs to be configured with local system account other services should use domain admin account.
