Hi,
 
I am testing BE 11d DLO and get a strange error, I have installed BE11d and DLO on a server called DEVSERVER and specified it use the database on an SQL 2005 server SQLSERVER. The database has been created and working OK, the user account appears to have all the appropriate rights. The Backup DLO Administration Service starts. When trying to launch the DLO console we get "Unable to connect to server DEVSERVER'. Database service " is not running. Would you like to check the service credentials?"
 
Any ideas?

Yea we found the DLO does not work with SQL Server but it will work with the MySQL agent that comes on the install disk.  Like I posted they have losts of issues to resolve with this agent and is not worth the money they want for this agent.
