DLO console starts with can not connect with administrative services.

Hi,

I was trying to open the DLO options but getting the below error. My Server is BAckup Exec 2010 on Server 2003.

And one thing some of the client were now asking for user ID as they were already loging in using the domain ID.

Hi,

Have you checked on your media server that the DLO service is running, and that the workstation can communicate with the media server?

Try restarting the Dlo Admin service 1st . If still does not work then try uninstalling the DLo agent License and install it again

I have checked that the DLO services were all running I have restarted the services.
