[DLO] "Workgroups are not supported in this release. Domain is required."

(Is it kosher to ask about two independent problems at the same time?)
 
Through initial install and setup of our 8 test clients, DLO was working fine.  Ran fine for a week or so.  This week, when we go to open the DLO console from within the remote monitor, we get the error in the subject line and the DLO console will not open.  All 8 clients and the server are on the same domain.
 
Any ideas?

There are only a few possibilities for this error. If Backup Exec was upgraded from 10.d to 11.d, there may be a problem with the DLO database. That can be resolved by following http://support.veritas.com/docs/287747. Other than that, you'll need to confirm that there are no connectivity issues between the Backup Exec server and the domain controller, and that the DLO admin service account has not had its password changed, or account disabled.
