Data Tapes change to cleaning tapes

We have been have problems with data tapes changing to clean tapes. after inventory tapes cahnge back to data tapes drive changer is a dell PV-132T with QUANTUM SDLT320 drives I have seen several post on dells site for this problem with back up exec and several other dell drives

Since when you are having this problem ?

What is the exact drive model that you are using ?

Are you using Veritas drivers ?

Can you please elaborate on the issue ?
