Database Maintenance error

Using BEU 9.1 Rev. 4691
Windws 2000 SBS
Using MSDE for database


Started receiving a database maintenance error: 'Maintenance has failed: 10, Dump database failed'. Followed instrucitons in Doc ID 279751 to run BEUtility which check database consistency, rebuild indices and repair database, all done with no errors but continue to receive the same error.

How do we fix this?

Hello,

Did you change the db maintenance time? If yes, what did you change it to? Are there any errors in the event logs or in the alerts tab in backup exec?

Ensure that you have installed SP 4a for BE 9.1 from the link below:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/280008

Revert if the error still persists.
