Dedupe Question about Storage space

How do you control the size of the backup dedupe data so you Hard drive space don't fill up?
Hope that make sense.
What i have is a server with a San device connected and the depude folder is on it.
What happens when it starts to fill up , say, 2 months from now?

You set the overwrite period first off.

Also in the dedupe storage folder you can set the low space threshold
