Dedupe job hangs on Loading media and the Green arrow

Doing from the CASO I never had this error when doing a duplicate job between 2 dedupe folders. Now that I am doing the job from the MMS it keeps gving me alerts and the following and the job just sits there.

Please insert media 'OST00000220-4E4E929069145303' into the robotic library by creating an Import media job. 

It's not even a robotic library, it is the dedupe folder.

Are you backing any Oracle resource in the jobs??

I wish I were that would make it easy. I do not have Oracle. I had no trouble before when I was doing testing but now I can get maybe a little job done but I had one tonight that sat at the loading media for a couple hours before I cancelled it.
