HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Ultrium 920 and Backup Exec 11d

Hi..

I have HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Ultrium 920 that i need to work with BE 11d, is there any driver / addtional program that i must install to make both work together ?

Do you have any problems in recognising the drives?

If yes, make sure that windows is able to recognize the drives and medium changer device. Also Removable storage service is stopped and disabled.

Try running the device configuration wizard from BE and see if BE detects the tape drive automatically...
