Deduplication folder keeps saying "In use"

When I now restart my computer having BE 2010 R2 installed, the deduplication folder automatically shows "in use", but no backup jobs are running. When I try to start a new job, it will just be queued. I can browse the folder without any issues, but it just cannot be used.

I've applied the latest updates to BE, which was SP1 at the time of the message.

Any ideas?

Is it BE2010 SP1 or BE2010 R2 SP1 ?

If you are using BE 2010 then please upgrade to BE 2010 r2 sp1 that should fix the issue
