Dell RD1000 Removable/Exchange Granular Backups/BU Exec 12

Hello all...

Just want to confirm something here:

I have recently installed a Dell RD1000 on a Small Biz Server running BU Exec 11.  It won't allow me to do Granular/Mailbox backups to this device.

I am reading on these forums that if I upgrade to ver 12.5, I will be able to do this.

However, I don't get a 'for sure feeling' on that.  Could someone please confirm?

11d supports GRT. Is it GRT for Exchange?

What do you mean exactly when you say it won't allow you? The settings for GRT are set under Tools, Options and under the section for the specific agents.

No, doesn't help.  It is a specific issue with Removable Hard drives, in that GRT doesn't work with them (under Ver 11x).  I wanted to confirm that this was resolved in v12.
