Desktop & Laptop Option in 10D

I just recieved my upgrade for 10d. I have licenses for the Desktop & Laptop Option and Disaster Recovery Option for 10.0. When I install using the upgrade option these installation options are greyed out. The server components install correctly.

My current Desktop option is corrupted and I need to get the latest version installed. If these options aren't on the CD, where can I download the latest versions?

After upgrading the base license did you also upgrade the other option licenses and also the remote agents?

I removed the agent folder and did a repair. This fixed the problem.
