Ok, my remote backup worked fine for a coupe of months but not it is begining to fail with this error. I checked the remote server I am backing up and the service is STARTED. I was told that the remote backup was purchased and installed but I do not see it in the list on the host computer where the other licanses are. Am I missing something? where else can I check to see if it is running/valid? Like I said, it worked fine for about 3 months.
