Domino Database directory is empty

I have Backup Exec 10.0 with sp1 and sp3; lotus domino versione 6.5.4

I can't select domino database under domino agent. I have re-install domino agent, but problem is not resolved.

i have update to 10.1 (10d), but i have the same problem.
After update, there are two agent of Lotus, as viewed in this image:

- Disable and re-enable the change journal from registry – HKLM\software\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\domino – Enable Change Journal.

By default this key is enabled (value set to 1). Set it to 0 and then recycle the services and again set it to 1 and recycle the services.
