Drive keeps going offline

Hello,
I'm having an issue with my drives going offline. I have a Sony Spectra 2000 Library with Sony SDX-700c Tape Drives. All are connected to an Adaptec 29160 controller. All drivers are correct based on documentation (The tape drivers are using the veritas drivers and the adaptec is usinf version 6.3.6300.100. The adapter is in PCI slot 4, ID 8. The library is ID 4, tape1 is ID 5, tape2 is ID 6. Everytime I open BE it says my Server is offline. I have been trying to troubleshoot this for a week now with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Here's my bediag.txt that might help;

Try disabling the RSM service and restart the server. This will force Veritas to use it's Storage Manager which is a "best practice" anyway.

Hello,

1. Make sure your removable storage service is stopped and disabled.
2. Make sure that you're running the latest Veritas drivers for your devices. If not sure you can run this package in any case and reboot:
VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 10.0 - Device Driver Installer (20050315) - Includes Tape Driver Release (20050115) and Robotic Library Release (45) (Intel Only)
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/275676.htm
3. Have a look at your system log and if there are errors with event ID 7, 9 or 11 you may have a hardware issue and in that case review this Microsoft KB article:
How to Troubleshoot Event 9 and Event 11 Error Messages
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;154690

Thanks
