Duplicate succesful but errors in joblog

Hi,

One of our customers is running BE11d 7071 sp2 + HF16 (driver update).

Backup to disk (only plain file backup) runs succesful or has some exceptions. After that a duplicate to tape runs.

The job(monitor) says that this duplicate ends succesful but when you look in the joblog, almost every session ends with the error:

Source backup set had completed with following error/exceptions.
V-79-57344-33037 - Physical Volume Library Media not found

Latest fixes are applied, recreated the jobs, some database maintenance: no results.

What should I do next? Please reply.

I completely recreated the backup-to-disk environment so the source should be ok now. But still I get the same error.
