I am testing v16 of Backup Exec and my Exchange 2013 server. I currently use version 12.5 on a 2007 server.
I can backup the data just fine. I can not restore any messages. I always get the Error Code E00003BF
I have followed many suggestions from the website. My accounts seem to be setup correctly. I need to get this resolved so I can start my email migrations from 2007 to 2013.
Any Thoughts? I tried tech support but since I am doing an evaluation they would not assist.

I thought I had.... then I reliazed that the system logon account information did not include the domain. Thanks for the link to the document. I had seen that before. I reviewed it and verified that I had the proper groups setup. Then I started to get this error.
Exchange GRT restore from tape fails with the error 0xe0000388 - Unable to connect to EWS with specified credentials
So I was making headway. That's when I found the missing Domain name...
