ON the server Beack exe have many time error ODBC.
PLease advise solution for fix it ?

Try rebuilding the catalog index using these steps:
Stop all BE services
Using a cmd, browse to \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec and run the command catrebuildindex -r
Once this completes, start the BE services and observe if these alerts reoccur or not.
