Error a0008488 -- Exchange Backup (only Contacts)

I have a Problem with my Exchange Mailbox Backup. When I'm Backing up my mailboxes, everything works fine up to backing up the contacts of the users. This Problem depends to every user mailbox, but only to the contacts.

Zugriff verweigert auf Datei Name [vorname.nachname]Top of Information StoreKontakteOrdnername.

\\VSAM-1\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\Name [vorname.nachname]Top of Information StoreKontakte Foldername 1144 wird gerade benutzt - übersprungen.

Does anyone know something about this Problem?

My System:
HP Proliant ML370 G3 -- 1GB
Windows Server 2003 SP2
BackupExec 9.1

Like the error messages says, the contact is being used and therefore cannot be backupped.
