Hi All-

I am getting this error on my incremental Exchange backups. I do not get this if I do a full Exchange backup. What can I do to fix this?

Error category : Resource ErrorsError : a00084f9 - A communications failure has occurred between the Backup Exec job engine and the remote agent.

I'm runnning Windows 2000 & Exchange Enterprise 2003 with SP1

1) Enable Restrict Anonymous support on both media and remote exchange server.

2) Re-cycle BE services.

3) Run the Incremental Backup.
