I have a Backup Exec 10 server in a win2k domain. I have 2 servers in a DMZ, both of which are in a workgroup (not domain). 1 is an NT 4 server, the other is Win2k.
The NT 4 server backs up fine, the Win2k does not. I've pasted the error below.
Please help!

Also download this utility in order to check that the port 10000 is not being used by any other port :

Under what account is the Remote agent service running? It MUST always run under Local System account on the Backup server as well as on the remote server!
