I have upgraded our server 2003 from 9.1 to 11.0D. The upgrade was successful. Now I am trying to install the hotfixes. I have tried both manually installing them and using live update but both fail with the following message:
08-09-2007,18:06:14 : V-225-205: ERROR: User does not have permission to alter database 'BEDB' or the database does not exist. ALTER DATABASE statement failed. sql:alter database [BEDB] set offline with rollback immediate ***To search for information about this error, click here
I have tried rebooting the server but it makes no difference. Can anyone give me any advice on how to install the hotfixes.
I'm looking into this and have found a few cases with that error message with different fixes. Would it be possible for you to upload a vxgather to the ftp? Just use all zero's for the case number.
