V-79-57344-33045 - Error - Mount failed.
Physical Volume Library Drive or Robot paused, offline, or disabled.

We have an HP Storage Works 1/8 Autoloader VS80
Backup Exec ver 10 on windows 2003 server.

Job History reports 100% successful but error above is found in the Job Log.

Some of your post was cut off, but I assume you're asking because the library is not disabled or offline and jobs are running fine, other than this error message. If so......
I would interpret this as Backup Exec encountered an unusual tape mount, perhaps the library never responded back to backup exec with 'I have mounted the tape you asked for' until after the timeout period- however the tape did eventually mount and then all went well afterwards. I would look at the statistics for the tape in question and see if it has encountered any hard errors, perhaps run some tests on it, maybe clean the tape drive. It may be an early warning sign to replace the tape or the drive.

Hello,

Well, in this case Backup Exec could have encountered a timeout period during when the drive or the robotic library would have been thrown offline.

Check for event logs for exact information. Also check the following MS Article which could prove handy in troubleshooting such errors.
