Error when using IDR to do remote restoration

I got a problem when doing Remote restoration. The error shown:
Click an error below to locate it in the job log
Restore- SPS01007The Media Server was unable to connect to Remote Machine SPS01007.
The Media Server will fall back on the local agent to try and complete the operation.

It seems that it can not connect to the SPS01007(Media Server). I have searched through the Knowledge base and found that need to change the Network Management Port. I have followed it but still no sucess. Anyone have idea on this problem? Thanks.

Hello,

Please check out if the remote agent is installed and is running through the command prompt with help of the follwing command:

net start

( to open the command prompt, please enter ctrl+Z or Shift+F10)

If the service is not started, please install the agent manually with help pf the following document:
