Errors with recovery store group on Microsoft Exchange 2003

Hello !

We have a problem when we want to do a restore of recovery store group with Microsoft Exchange, the error is:

"The job failed with the following error: Unable to restore some Microsoft Exchange components because one or more of the databases are currently mounted. Use the Exchange System Manager to dismount the databases, and then retry the job"

but this isn't true, because the database is dismounted.

We have diferents nodes for make the recovery, but only one works correctly.

You know which is the problem? and the solution?
