Hi
I have purchcased backup exec 2010 license but am awaiting the license keys which I've been told will take approx 5 days, I have been given the evextend.exe file from symantec but when I run to run this it comes up with ' the evaluation period has not expired on this computer'
The trial has expired, as my backups keep failing with the error message that it has expired and also under the 'About' option it shows as expired.
Please could you assist

Unfortunately we cannot help with this.
You will have to contact Symantec Support. The EVExtend tools is not public available.
