On startup WinMgmt reports an event ID: 39 and the WMI ADAP is unable to create the object Win32_perfRawData_FileReplicaSet_MSSQLBKUPEXECBUFFERMANAGER for the performance library file replica set because the property FREEPAGES already exists.
There is no information posted that even references this error or a method of resolving it. I have seen this same error on several other servers running BackupExec as well.
After review of the SQLCTR.ini file I found two entries that would try and create the same property
BUF_NUM_FREE_BUFFERS_009_NAME=Free Pages and BUFPART_NUM_FREE_BUFFERS_009_NAME=Free Pages
